Where does TARLI STUDIO deliver?
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
How much is standard delivery?
Standard UK delivery is free. There is no minimum spend.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are normally handled within 1–3 working days, followed by 5–12 working days in transit. The total estimated delivery time is 6–15 working days.
What is the order cut-off time?
Our order cut-off is 5:00 pm Europe/London. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next working day.
How can I track my order?
When your order is dispatched, we will send tracking information by email where tracking is available. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
How long do I have to return something?
You have 30 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused and in the condition received, with original tags and packaging where applicable.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges are accepted subject to return eligibility and stock availability. Contact us before posting anything back so we can authorise the return.
Who pays return postage?
Customers pay change-of-mind return postage. For confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect items, TARLI STUDIO covers reasonable return costs.
How do bundle savings work?
Buy 2 eligible items for 10% off, 3 for 15% off, or 4 or more for 20% off. The highest qualifying tier applies automatically and can combine with free shipping.
Are my payment details secure?
Payment information is processed through Shopify’s secure checkout and the payment methods shown at checkout. TARLI STUDIO does not store your full card details.
