Terms of service

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the TARLI STUDIO website or buy goods from us. TARLI STUDIO is a trading name operated by ALDERSTEEL LTD, company number 17243968, of 96 Leadenhall Street, London EC3A 3DH. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Using the store

You must use the store lawfully and must not interfere with its security, operation or other customers. Product information is intended for consumers purchasing for personal use. Contact us before placing an order intended for resale or other commercial purposes.

Product information

We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours can vary between screens, and minor differences in finish or placement may occur. Measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise. Please review the product page and size information before ordering.

Prices and payment

Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. The final order total, including any applicable delivery charge, is displayed before you submit payment. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors. If an error affects an order, we will contact you and will not charge a corrected amount without your agreement.

Orders and acceptance

Your checkout submission is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean we have accepted the order. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, fraud is suspected, delivery restrictions apply or an obvious error has occurred. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom under our Shipping Policy. Please provide complete, accurate delivery information. Estimated timing, tracking, delays and risk are explained in that policy.

Cancellations, returns and faulty goods

Your cancellation and return rights are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. For most online purchases, consumers have a statutory 14-day cancellation period after delivery, subject to legal exceptions. We also offer an extended 30-day return request window. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Promotions

Promotions may have separate conditions, eligibility rules and end dates. Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be exchanged for cash, applied retrospectively or combined. We may withdraw a promotion where necessary, without affecting orders already accepted.

Intellectual property

The store design, branding, copy, graphics, photographs and other content are owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable law. You may view and use the store for personal shopping, but may not reproduce, sell, scrape, distribute or commercially exploit its content without permission.

Third-party services and links

The store uses services supplied by Shopify and other providers and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for content or services controlled by third parties, although this does not affect responsibility we have under applicable law for the goods we sell.

Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory rights. If you are a consumer, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach. We are not responsible for business losses arising from a consumer purchase or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise.

Changes and availability

We may update the website and these terms. The terms applying to an order are those in effect when the order is placed, unless a change is required by law. Temporary interruption may occur for maintenance, security or circumstances outside our control.

Complaints

Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern: huugo.920@gmail.com or +44 20 4401 8215.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections available where you live and may bring proceedings in the courts available under applicable law.
