Shipping policy

This shipping policy explains how orders placed with TARLI STUDIO are processed and delivered. TARLI STUDIO is operated by ALDERSTEEL LTD (“we”, “us” and “our”).

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international delivery. We may be unable to deliver to some restricted addresses, including certain PO boxes or locations not served by our carrier.

Delivery cost

Standard UK delivery is free. Any alternative service offered at checkout, together with its price, will be shown before you place your order.

Processing and delivery estimates

Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 working days. After dispatch, standard transit normally takes 5–12 working days. The estimated total delivery time is therefore 6–15 working days. Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly agree a fixed date with you. We will contact you if a material delay affects your order. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including the rules that apply where goods are not delivered within an agreed period.

Order confirmation and tracking

After checkout, we will send an order confirmation to the email address supplied with your order. Once the order has been dispatched, we will send available tracking information. Tracking can take time to update after the carrier first receives the parcel.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address before submitting the order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfilment begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged where permitted by law.

Split deliveries

Items from the same order may occasionally arrive separately. You will not be charged additional standard delivery fees because we divide an order into more than one parcel.

Missing, delayed or damaged parcels

If tracking shows an unexpected delay, a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be located, or packaging arrives visibly damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Please check safe places, household members and neighbours before reporting a missing delivery. We will investigate with the carrier and explain the available remedy.

Risk and ownership

Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you identify to receive them. Ownership passes when we have received payment in full.
